I watched the Grammy's last night and many of the performances were less than stellar however, I clapped unintentional twice last night. Hamilton and Kendrick Lamar's performances caused me to pass out and come back and pass out again. No not literally, I'd be in the hospital if that happened. Both performances were incredible. Please don't get me wrong, there were some other great performances (Lady Gaga, Demi Lavato, Tori Kelly etc), love their work. Those two really touched my heart is what I'm saying.
Then this morning an article was published online featuring an interview of me and three other women from Philly. I wasn't aware of who else would be a part of this article when I was answering the questions. The other three women are phenominal women doing amazing comedic work around Philly and the country. It really is an honor to have been thought of so highly to be included in the article.
So between being slayed out in the spirit of fantastic artistic expression and being considered among some of the great female comedians in Philly...I need to step my game up. What I'm saying is I'm inspired! Let's go!
